THE TALE
WHAT YOU GET
1 Professional audio producer on site.
The Tale is an 8 to 15 minutes audio journey through your love, told by your and your loved ones. With audio we can travel back in time and remember the most important moments of your lives together and how those led to the wedding day.
A trailer detailing the emotional highlights.
A way to safekeep voices and emotions of your loved ones.
NEEDS
30 to 45 minutes with groom and bride (separately and on the day prior to the wedding)
10 to 20 minutes with at least 8 (and up to 20ish) family and friends to be interviewed (separately and possibily on the day prior to the wedding).
Contacts of all interviewees (spouses, family and friends), so that they can be prepped beforehand
A quiet and not-empty room (furniture and rugs/curtains help with soundproofing)
Contact of the sound system organizer, so that ceremony and speeches can be recorded adequately.

WHEN TO BOOK
If you are interested in our services, we strongly recommend contacting us and checking our availability for your date at least 8-12 months prior to your wedding day. We enjoy working directly with all our couples, which is why we do not have a team or collaborators to whom we delegate our weddings.
By choosing us, we can assure you that we will be present at your wedding. Due to this reason, our availability is limited.
TRAVEL FEES
The travel expenses will cover two nights’ accommodation, transportation (such as car, flights, or ferries), and transit fees.
You won’t have to concern yourself with booking hotels or transportation, as everything will be included!
HOW TO BOOK
To ensure the provision of our services on your wedding date, we kindly request that you secure the date with a contract and a retainer.
Please reach out to us and verify our availability for your preferred date.
We would be delighted to communicate with you via video call if you have any additional questions or specific requirements.
